VVVFL?!? WONDFO test.

Could this VVVFL mean I could possibly be pregnant??? I am over a week late and finally decided to test because I have been spotting for a few days.. I am pretty regular (31 day cycle). I just took one today because I wanted to rule it out, then this vvfl pops up... I don't know what to think.  I thought I was starting my period but wouldn't it be too soon if my spotting was implantation?! Help!! Is it there or am I imagining???  This is a WONDFO test and wondering if it could be a false +.
