TTC for 3 years.

So me and my fiancé have been TTC for 3 years, I got diagnosed with PCOS and endometriosis about 4 years ago. My partner recently established he had a very low sperm count.. we have been seeing a infertility specialist for the last year and a half and after numerous tests and scans it was revealed we couldn't have children. So we have opted to try another infertility specialist or go for adoption.. 😥 baby dust to you all!! 👶🏻👶🏻
