AM I PREGNANT ? (I'm 15)

I had lost my virginity on the 21st I believe and today I've been sick all morning throwing up feeling tired I have chills.. I'm 15 and this is scary.. IDk if he came in me but when I wiped I saw stuff the day after... we didn't use a condom. If I am will planned parenthood abort my baby for free?
