Meds??? PlEASE HELP

Question

What are safe over the counter medicine to take while 22 weeks pregnant? I have a sore throat stuffy/running nose horrible headache cant stop sneezing my eyes keep watering i have my 2 year old to take care of so its not an option for me to rest. I feel so so so bad. 😞

I would try an allergy medicine (basic Benedryl or Claritin )  and some Tylenol. The only mucinex that is "ok" would be the plain blue box one. I asked my doc and a pharmacist.

I had bronchitis and my doctor said I could take robitussin dm for congestion and if you have a cough any cough drops that don't have zinc. I believe the halls drops don't.

If you're really worried about taking meds, try taking vitamin C and zinc. Also, some hot lemonade with honey for the sore throat.
