Cramps but no period?

Question

For at least 5 days now i have been experiencing cramps. usually i take this as a sign i'm about to start my period but it hasn't come yet so i am worried. I read online that cramps but no period is an early sigh of pregnancy. the only thing easing my mind is that i took a plan b last month, got the initial bleeding, and i read that the 2nd period after may be delayed. but that doesn't explain the cramps i'm having. help:(

Cramps can be caused by PMS symptoms as well as the start of your period. How many days late are you? I wouldn't stress too much about it yet. Let your body adjust itself because Plan B can really throw our hormones off! But don't stress too much because stress will delay your period as well. So just wait for your body to do its thing and no need to worry about it just yet! 
This happened to me during my period currently. Was waiting forever and every day I felt cramps but no blood or anything. It was just PMS. And I eventually started! So try not to worry too much, our bodies do weird things sometimes
