Swollen feet 38+5 answers please

I'm 38+5 and I finished work two weeks ago. Whilst working my feet would swell up alot. I know it was normal due to being on my feet and confirmed by midwife as no signs of pre eclampsia so that wasn't an issue. Since being off work I've had no swelling but I've noticed the last couple of days my feet are very swollen again. I haven't been on my feet alot. Has anyone else experienced this so close to due date? Is it a sign that labour could be starting soon? Answers appreciated :)
