Do you think it is healthy

To sleep a large part of the weekend? I work Monday to Friday, and I always mean to get so much accomplished on the weekends, but mostly I just can't get out of bed. I sleep 8-10 hours a night on Friday and Saturday nights, and still had to have a 4-hour nap this afternoon. The only thing that I really did all weekend was call my family who live far away, and spend a few hours with my boyfriend last night..
