Please help I'm very worried...

So I've been having these really bad cramps all over my stomach and my sides. I'm on birth control so I don't know if that's what's causing it but I have also been seeing light blood when I wipe after I pee. And then I've been seeing these white chunks as well. This picture (very sorry it's tmi) I took tonight after I went pee. I have no idea what it is and I'm very worried. Please help 😥
