So in Feb i weighed 95lb and now i weigh 131. i'm 17 and 5'3. Is that healthy??

There is no set "healthy" weight. I don't see a problem with your weight unless there's a health issue (which there isn't don't worry) 🙃 Just be happy and love yourself the way you are. I'm 17, 5 foot 7, and 132 lbs so no one has the same body type but we're all perfect the way we are 🤗

I'm 5'4 and I weigh 124 lbs, It's a healthy weight, but I would like to be physically fit and be toned. But weight doesn't matter! The only thing that should matter is if your comfortable in your own skin

But honestly that's seems like the perfect weight to be at! I don't really get pounds (from Australia) and I'm like 102 pounds and I'm 18, and 5'2 and I'm just at the border line of being underweight. So you're doing good dear! x

I'm almost 17 and I'm 5'8. I used to weigh 135 about five months ago but now I weigh 155. My iron also got really low so I got on a pill to help that, but I also started taking birth control pills. I started eating more and I'm not sure which pill caused it but I think it's normal. Are you on birth control?? Because I know that causes weight gain sometimes.
