What exactly does back labor feel like? How low in the back did you feel it?

It's the worst pain ever. It's only in your lower back. It's hard to describe, I didn't even know back labor was a thing until it happened to me. Pure torture.

I had back labour and it was sore but not anything you can't handle! I just kept rubbing my back during my contractions and it helped!

For me it's like mid butt cheek and up to mid back. To me it kinda feels like you've been sitting on bleachers or something your whole life and your ass is dead asleep. 😂😂 idk how else to describe it. And then it wrapped around the front to "period like cramps".

Back labor was vewy painful. I did not have it with my son. But my daughter I did. Very time i had a sharp pain start in my back it would come around to my stomach. That is when i knew it was contractions and I needed to head to the hospital. By the time they checked me at the hospital I was 5 cm dilated. Contractions were coming 5 minutes or sooner.

I had back labor, it was so intense I had an epidural and still felt sick had pain in the middle of pushing they called and had to up the meds! It felt like the worst pain of my life in my tailbone, during contractions it felt like having to take a huge poop that won't come out with lots and lots of pressure on my tailbone

Mine was right in the middle of my low back and felt like someone ran a knife straight through. If I tried to change positions, it hurt worse. The one thing that helped was someone making a fist and holding it in the middle of my lower back.

So painful! Like cramps around my hip on one side, the way he is positioned. When a contraction is coming on, it gets so much worse. My stomach is tight, but not painful (Braxton Hicks), but my back is unbearable.
