I'm 13 w 4 d and somewhere I don't remember where I heard you can't dye your hair while pregnant ?

Coming from a professional and pregnant stylist-- you are completely fine but I do not recommend doing it yourself or buying over the counter products as your hormones are changing and things can pull differently, also the only thing that isn't recommended during pregnancy is on-scalp bleach. It depends what you use its the chemicals and ammonia that's the issue many temporary oil and vegetable base dyes are safe. I go to Sally's and there's this line of products that even say "safe to use when pregnant but always talk to your doctor..." Some salons have pregnancy safe dyes too but the issue there is fuses from non-safe dyes other people are getting. Always read the labels, if you know what all the ingredients are chances are its safe but Google is great for looking up ingredients you don't know :p good luck!
