Insomnia and severe headache every night 😔😩 It's 1 am currently. Am 29 weeks and 5 days now.

I'm feeling the insomnia as well! So tired but can't sleep. I usually blame external factors like temperature or back ache, but it's really just the insomnia that is causing me not to sleep. Also, I get migraines when I don't sleep well.
