birth control first pack..

Okay so I started taking birth control about a month ago, but I didn't notice the strip of week days in there that I was suppose to put across the top, and I skipped sunday and Monday because I went to the doctor that Tuesday, so I ended up starting on the Tuesday pill. I now finished the first pack and started a second pack today. (Sunday) is it okay that I did this?
