10 day smiley opks...confused!!!

I have pcos so my cycles are all over the place. However I do keep to the same ovulation pattern. The day in my cycle as to when I ovulate is always a bit random but by using clearblue digital opks, I've managed to pinpoint my ovulation days. The reason I'm confused is because my ovulation pattern is very unusual (apparently less than 1% of women have this). So I get the flashing smiley (oestrogen rise/high fertility) over 10 days, then my static smiley (lh rise/peak fertility). This happens pretty much every cycle. Most women have 2 days of flashing smiley before their peak day, and ovulation is within 24-48 hours after seeing the static smiley, I think. My question is firstly why do I get 10 days oestrogen rise instead of 2, and is that a bad thing? Secondly I'm so exhausted I can't possibly bd every other day for ten days before peak fertility shows up, then every day for the next 3 days or so. Based on all this info, when are the best days to bd to maximise chances of getting pregnant?
