The Aftermath

Okay so this is going to get a little personal. So when my boyfriend and I have really rough and good sex I ALWAYS have the terrible urge to poop. Like diarrhea kind. I've researched it and it has to do with the very close neighbor love between the vagina and the rectum. I want to continue to try new positions but I get so worried that I'll blow up the restroom. Haha. Does anyone have any tips to eliminate this?
