ultrasound confusion

Hi all I'm on cycle day 19 I had an ultrasound today. I have pcos and been on letrozole to conceive this is my second round and I have previously had 4 rounds on Clomid and only 1 cycle worked. My general dr asked for a ultrasound just to see how things are going. Now I only have 1 scan however not sure if it's normal I see my dr in 3 days just wanting the opinion of you lovely ladies.
