Frustrated Wife TTC

Hi ladies! My husband and I are TTC and I'm getting really frustrated and really really discouraged. My AF was a no show this month (Oct). It has been late before but never skipped a whole month. So I tested last night and this morning and both were negative. My husband and I have both noticed possible symptoms though.....I'm sleeping more than normal, extremely moody, my sex drive is through the roof (my hubby says I'm scaring him lol), I have gained noticeable weight and my boobs are huge.....or maybe we are just super eager for a positive test result. We have done the baby dance ALOT throughout the month including when this app said I was fertile, the week before and the weeks after (due to my high sex drive). Are we doing something wrong? Has anyone else had a serious experience? Any advice? Right now I just need to hear from another female because I'm ready to stop trying all together, but both of us really want a child of our own.
