Should I Be Worried?

Okay, so I've been on birth control for almost two months. The first month I started taking it, I took the first pill of the pack the day I started my period. I am almost finished with my second pack, and I am almost three weeks late. I also have a brownish colored discharge. I was just wondering if this was normal or if I should take a test....
