Aches

Lately I've been getting these awful tooth aches that cause me to have horrible head aches and ear aches that don't want to go away last night was the worst pain I've ever experienced with my tooth ache. I took a Tylenol around 8pm, I was in pain but the pain was tolerable enough to let me go to sleep but I woke up again around 2am with such awful pain so since it had been 6 hours since I took the last Tylenol I took another one and it seems to me it did nothing but make the pain worse .I'm 36 weeks today and I myself have never liked taking pain medication for any type of pain but since this has been has been getting worse and worse I'm not sure what to do at this point and don't know if it's the right decision to go to the er since I know migraines are a sign of Preeclampsia any thoughts??
