Leg aches while sleeping??

About 3 nights ago, I kept waking in the night because my hips would hurt while sleeping on my sides- I'd turn sides, fall asleep, wake with the pain and have to switch, till I finally was able to fall asleep on my back. It's happened every night, except last night it got so bad, that even my legs would start to cramp up and hurt.

Plus, about 4 days before I start, I don't get any sort of cm or discharge, and it's hard for me to get wet during sex. The opposite has been happening. I've been having this odorless- watery discharge, and I get very wet during sex. My period is due in 2 days, and the only thing I have are tender breasts - but I got that when I pms and when I was pregnant, so that's not a big factor. Are these still a pms thing, or more alone a pregnancy thing? It's been 5 years since I was pregnant. So I don't remember this difference with the cm and wetness thing when I was pregnant.
