I double up... I wear a pad where it should be. One across my butt the other way connected to the other with the wings and then a tampon.... helps for the most part. Wasn't fool proof but did the job

For whatever reason mine seems to slow down when I sleep. I don't bleed nearly as much as I used to. Maybe it's how I react to my pill.

I strangely don't bleed through night, I always wake with not a spot of blood on my pad but then as I get up and about I start bleeding again😂

I used to have to set alarms throughout the night to wake up and change my pads/tampons. 😩 It's tedious but worth not having to scrub my mattress and wash sheets.
