Okay so today is my birthday! I'm a Halloween baby. I was gonna make tamales and invite a couple of friends over.until my husband started complaining about how much food I would have to make and how much it was gonna cost. (Even though he can spend a $100 easy on one of his cars or something he wants) then I said okay. I'll just make a three milk cake for him and I. I had watched a few videos and was gonna try to make it. So I did everything by the book but it didn't turn out right because my baking pan was too big. And it came out flat and I just threw it out. He was rubbing it my face and telling me I told you so. Well so I told him I wasn't gonna do anything for my bday cause he kept putting me down. Okay so he went to work today. He came home for lunch and instead of eating he said he had to go work on his lunch break. And he left. His coworker also lives with us. And he came home for lunch at their normal time. I'm all happy and got my hopes up that he had lied that he had to work to get me something.he comes home an hour and a half later and NOTHING. I go in the car..NOTHING. We go get my sticker for my car and go grocery shopping. Walk by flowers cakes and still nothing. Not even a "Happy Birthday honey!!" He is like this every year and we get in a fight every year about this. I'm just tired. I'm sad. He know its my birthday. I'm just sad. I feel worthless. And we even had a fight yesterday because he didn't want to walk with me in the store. It didn't matter how slow I was walking he stayed behind me instead of by my side. Idk what to do...I'm just fed up and sad. I havnt said anything to him, I'm just keeping my distance. What would you girls do??
