I've never taken the capsules. I drink the tea. Red raspberry leaf tea or capsules won't efface or dilate you. It strengthen your uterus and makes your BH and contractions more effective. Evening primrose oil will efface and dilate you. Taken after 35 weeks one orally and one vaginally then up it every week until you are taking 5 orally and 5 vaginally by week 40.
