Working Mom Considering Quitting

How's it going working moms? My kiddo is 8months old now and I'm seriously considering quitting my job. I have to have a serious heart to heart with my husband about finances but I'm literally so exhausted and over wrought that I can hardly function. My kiddo keeps getting sickness after sickness after sickness at daycare and I feel like I'm hardly getting by at work. sleep training is impossible with a sick kid. and I'm beyond tired. work is so hard. home life is so hard. I feel like I'm drowning. is it time to become a stay at home mom? so confused.
