Did I ovulate early?

Hi everyone! This is my second month tracking my bbt. Does it look like I ovulated a week early?

I've been taking opk's all this week, but the test line is barely visable. Last month, I was able to get a positive opk that matched up with a temperature dip the day before the ovulation temperature spike.

I went off of birth control in February, and my cycles have been getting longer and longer. The last 3 cycles have been around 40 days. So I'm a bit surprised that I my cycle would suddenly be a week shorter.

I've had a dip immediately after OV... I've read it is an estrogen surge that causes that and that is it perfectly normal!

Now I'm more confused! I got my period way earlier than I thought I would. So, here is my updated chart. It looks i had 2 spikes in temperature. And it looks like I might have ovulated at the first spike. Has anyone else had a temperature dip immediately after ovulation before?

I would say you ovulated CD19 and temp shift occurred CD20 (thereabouts for some reason your temps seem to be plotted invetween the days!?)   So yes you ovulated earlier than the app predicted but this may not end up being early for you - that's why it's great your doing this and can learn your own body :) x

Can take 6 months for body to regulate after BC - so about right that your cycles should shorten around now :) x
