anyone else 11 weeks

And already seeing a little baby bump?? I know they say most women don't normally see a bump until at least 12-13 weeks, but I swear it came out of nowhere. I took a picture of me standing regular and then trying to suck it in, which hurt and the bump doesn't go anywhere! What do you think?! Left is regular and right is trying to suck in.
