what's could this be between legs?

At 14 weeks & 4 days I had an 3D/4D ultrasound & they said I was having a boy. I just have a feeling they are wrong as it was technically too early to get an accurate result. In this picture I feel like there is something(idk what) coming from the back side & through the legs. Could someone help me out here? What are your thoughts?  The second picture shows that the same thing you see in the first picture also appears on the back...
