Dress baby during night

Now that the weather is changing, especially at night, how does everyone dress their baby? They say one more layer than we would wear and the room temp should be between 68-72 but I'm not too sure about any of that. It's 73 in my house and 65 outside and my lo semi to be chilled. She has a fleece footed pj on with a thin short sleeve onsie. I added the onsie because her chest and tummy felt cold. I just want to know if it seems like I'm over dressing her. Most mornings lately her hands and cheeks have been ice cold. Her feet end up cold as well.
