late AF 😶
So AF is late ! I'm not impressed!
I've not been well for the last two weeks with a cough and cold thrown on top.. extremely exhausted before it even hits 5oclock, I passed out on the sofa for two hours yesterday afternoon like I hadn't slept the night before (very unlike me)
Obviously I'm not looking into that too much as I haven't been myself.. but usually around the middle of my cycle I get sore boobs for a few days which for me is a sign that AF is around the corner.. well this month no sore boobs.. so I'm thinking ok maybe being poorly it's knocked my body out of whack..
was ready for AF to show its face when out at weekend.. and nothing.. I had a heavy feeling slightly crampy belly last night at bed time but nothing considerably that made me think oh I best go check.. woke this morning and nothing.. af is usually ininant by now.. I took a hpt yesterday and it was negative 👎
I have to admit I haven't tracked anything to the spot this month however I did have an almost positive ovulation strip on the 18th but think I might have just missed my main Surge as early afternoon that day it was virtually blank...
nothing else to go on I'm afraid.. baring being sick but that was due to my cough I believe and feeling so lousy..
