Pesticides while pregnant?

Okay so it's literally 3 am and I'm woken up by my mom in the kitchen (right next to the living room I'm asleep in) just coating the whole kitchen with the whole entire can of insecticide spray. Basically she sprayed the spray straight for a good 5-8 minutes.. it eventually got thick and heavy and ik for sure it got in my lungs. I tried covering my face when I woke up and opening a window.. I'm just really scared I'm going to miscarry now or my baby will be deformed because of her carelessness! I'm 8 weeks 6 days and I'm terrified.. should I be so worried?
