cramping after sex?

I'm 35w5d and this morning decided having sex was a good idea.. now I'm really crampy(I don't think it's contractions but I'm a ftm so idk) and I feel like I have to poop really bad 😕 anyone else?

I've been cramping after sex and I'm 33 Weeks. It's to the point where I stopped having sex. It was absolutley painful. My doctor said if it hurts don't do it. So that's what I did. I don't have them when I don't have sex. Lol
