Based on what I know now, I would have never joined this program. 

I'm not pregnant and tried that program conceivable.com, which is based off of traditional Chinese medicine, diet/lifestyle medications based off of your period data. I found out about the program in a Q&A for a popular <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">period tracker</a> app. The program had me taking different herbal supplements from the creator of this program, who qualified Chinese med practioner out in Texas. 

I don't want to bash this program, but I don't believe the program represented its successes accurately and want to share my experience since there are no reviews online. 

This program claimed to help half of 7000 infertile couples conceive, which is great. However I found info on a blog that states many of these couples also used assisted reproductive technologies like <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> in conjunction with conceivable.com. So there are no accurate representation on how many women actually conceived using conceivable.com program and supplements alone. The conceivable.com program ran a test group of 100 women who used the conceivable.com app to track their cycle data, take the herbal supplements, etc. Only 2 out of the 100 got. pregnant. My cycles are normally 27-29 days long and I ovulate around cycle day 13 to 15. I was on the program for almost 2 months and each month my cycle got progressively worse. During your cycle, you take 3 different sets of herbal supplements during your period, follicular and luteal phase. 

The first month of the program just started out on the wrong foot. My herbal supplements arrived out of sequence unbeknownst to me. So I took the herbal supplements during the wrong times in my cycle. The conceivable.com app also was buggy. I didn't find out I was taking the herbs out of sequence until  the end of my cycle! So there apparently is a lack of oversight in this program. 

Last month I quit the program because my cycle was 43 days long. I took medication to induce my period because it would not come on its own. My bbt charts in the follicular/luteal phases were horribly off, I had some brownish discharge several days after my period, progesterone blood test confirmed on cycle day 19 that I did not ovulate!

Now this month, I am on cycle day 22 and no ovulation either. I have also had 10 days in a row of positive ovulation predictor kit tests! Mind you I don't have any history of PCOS, ovarian cysts or any other condition that would cause these anomalies. This program's herbal supplements have suppressed my body's ability to ovulate now. 

I'm extremely concerned and don't know what to do. The only thing that changed with my cycle health was those herbal supplements  that conceivable.com gives out. 

My husband and I check out fine and are not infertile, it's just taking a while for us to conceive. I'm being monitored by my OGBYN, who confirmed that in the months prior to me starting conceivable.com that I did ovulate, and I had no other issues like blocked tubes, etc.  I was hoping conceivable.com would compliment what our traditional western medical system and enhance my cycles. But in my case, this is far from the truth. 

I reached out to the creator of conceivable.com about these concerns with my cycle as soon as they happened. She did refund me my money and told me she was open to consulting and working with me, even though I stopped her program. Well now she cannot give me any help as she does not have any answers as to what her herbal supplements did to me. She just said that the herbs can throw off your cycles for 90-120 days!! Why was this not mentioned on her program's website? I was hoping to get some answers and relief as to what is going on with my periods and she will no longer respond to my emails! 

Please carefully consider trying this program if you are considering it. I'm scared and extremely concerned because my cycle is completely off. I have no clue how long it'll take me to get back to normal in order to conceive. This program is quite frankly dangerous and reckless.
