A few weeks ago I was diagnosed as insulin resistant. I was prescribed Metformin 500 mg 2 x Daily. I also took Clomid 50 mg CD 4 - 8. I would have taken CD 3-7 but I was awaiting ultrasound results. I usually ovulate some time between CD 18 - 28. I'm on CD 19 and got a positive opk on CD 17. I'll post my chart in the comments. Has anyone had a good experience taking metformin and Clomid together? Please tell me your success stories. We've been ntnp for almost 10 yrs & actually TTC for a year this month :( I need some hope.
