help!

Ok a quick run down: FTM to a 4 month old as of the 3rd of nov! ☺️ exclusively breastfed, and cloth diapered baby girl. Our dilemma is for the last week she has woken up 3+ times through the night which is not normal. Since her 2nd week she has slept through the night. I would feed her at about 10-11 and she would sleep until about 6-7. Of course when she was younger I would wake her every couple of hours to feed but stopped doing that when she turned about 2 1/2- 3 months. I can not figure out why she's waking up. I tried a disposable at night thinking maybe the wetness of her cloth was waking her but that didn't work. She wakes up I put her pacifer back in and she falls right back to sleep until about 4-5 and then I have to feed her for her to go back to sleep.
