Is it cheating if...?

Is it considered cheating if you watch porn and masturbate while your spouse is at work or gone and unavailable to have sex at the moment? My spouse would say so. I'm curious what the public opinion is. Comment why I would love to know what everyone thinks!

No that's ridiculous. I get some believe porn is cheating but we are all human and to be blunt we all get horny. Masturbating to ones thoughts gets boring after a while and in my case I need porn every now and then to get off if my husband isn't around. My husband watches porn every now and then too and I don't get mad. I find out what sorta porn he watched and try to use it in some way during sex to turn him on. Just my opinion though lol.

Is it cheating by general social consensus in western culture?  No.  However, if it goes against the contract that you and your SO both agreed to, than it is breaking that contract, and as such is out of integrity for the relationship.

I know people are going to criticise me for saying this but I do think watching porn is like cheating... I don't want my man to watch some other woman's body and moves, I don't want another woman to make him horny. He's mine. 
Buuuut I have no problem with him masturbating. Maybe I would if he did it everyday or when I'm around ( why the hand when you've got the v? Duuuh ) but otherwise I think it's normal. Which doesn't mean I'd be weird if he didn't. 
BUT if YOUR partner sees masturbating and watching porn as cheating, be understanding. Some people will tell you it's ridiculous. Well it maybe is ridiculous to them but not to your SO and I know well it would hurt his feeling if you watched porn or masturbated. Maybe talk with him about it but don't push too far if he doesn't change his mind. We're all different. Please don't hurt him/her. 
If you want things to change a bit, masturbate in front of him. He's going to love it. Trust me.
