Need some advice!!!

So this started last weekend, I was having terrible pains in my left side. After a few days it went away so I thought nothing of it.. now I've noticed blood in my urine and a terrible pain down there when I use the bathroom, or even have the urge to go. And when I do, it feels like I'm not done peeing!! Any one else had this issue?!? What do you ladies think it could be?? I haaaaate going to the doctor when I don't have to.
