terrible feeling in my belly button!

I have this very bad feeling in my belly button and it's very tender so I went to the doctor and I was given medicine for a belly button infection (idk how I got that) but I have discharge out of my belly and they sent off test and it was getting better but I was only given week of medicine and it's bad again and I have this white discharge that smells before it was yellow .. anyone know what it is?
