Clotting disorder I'm 22 1/2 weeks

I found out before I had my oldest son I had a clotting disorder that shows up when I'm pregnant and with him I took lovenox now they say I don't have to just to take more folic acid but I found out today that the disorder keeps me from converting the folic acid into a usable form so I'm not getting any of it I just hope my baby is I'll feel like crap if he comes out with problems because of my disorder
