rheumatoid arthritis and pregnancy

I have rheumatoid arthritis and I am 5 months pregnant. I was told when I got pregnant the pain would go away but it has gotten worse especially when it's raining outside. Does anyone else suffer from arthritis? If so what do you do to take the pain away? I know being pregnant you can't really take meds Tylenol doesn't always work so i use tiger balm and that's a temporary pain relief. Any suggestions?
