Opinions needed!?!

Okay ladies, my af came on the 20th which was three days late. And left 4-5 days after (usually lasts 7-10) well as of Sunday I've been getting Very very nauseous at night time as soon as I lay down I feel like I'm gonna barf everywhere. And as of today my boobs hurt really bad which they always do before af but stop the day after it comes and now they hurt again. I've been having slight cramps in my lower abdominal area. Could this be pregnancy or something else. I haven't tested cause I figure if af came then it'd be pointless. Any input is welcomed and appreciated
