Any tips? Tylonal just isn't cutting it! I've tried tylonal and caffeine too

1 tylenol, 1 Benedryl, 1 can of coke or pepsi.
Or try vicks on temples.

My life saver has been a magnesium supplement.

I place ice on my head in the location of the migraine and it works for me. I've been getting migraines about once a week since getting pregnant and Tylenol does absolutely nothing for me. Good luck!

I know this has nothing to do with the Tylenol thing but please don't let the chiropractor near your neck!! My sister had two strokes since giving birth to my niece and her only risk factor was that she went to the chiro during pregnancy... and after.

My migraines are related to how
I sleep and whether or not I've been to the chiropractor or massage therapist. I find they get worse and more frequent if I haven't been to one of those two recently, or if I've slept too much or too little (or in a weird position). Try a Tylenol, drink some water and use a rice/bean bag  (one you heat up in the microwave). These have worked for me and I get migraines more frequently while pregnant. Also along with the heat I make sure to rest my neck muscles - like lay down or use pillows
