I don't know what is going on

I had no cramping this month like I always do before my period. My boobs feel heavier than usual nipples a little tinder. I have taken two test both negative I think I took them to early if I read the chart right I think I'm 8 or 10 DPO. How much longer until I should test again can I get some help ladies???
