rolling over?

My 4 month old has started rolling over in his sleep and it's absolutely terrifies me. How can I stop this or help it?

my daughter does it all the time and it makes her SO upset 😂 you can't stop it, that's why they tell you not to have anything in the crib with them. the only thing that's ever in my daughters crib is her paci. no crib bumpers, no nothing. once they learn how to roll back it won't be much of a problem, but for now if it scares you then go roll your baby back.
