faint line 5 weeks after miscarriage

Hey! So I just had a miscarriage 5 weeks ago I passed the baby and placenta and bled for maybe 2 weeks, at exactly 4 weeks after my miscarriage I had a 5 day normal period. My period just ended 3 days ago but I've had light spotting up to today. I wanted to make sure I had a neg test before we try again and I was surprised when there was a faint line can it still be showing pos after a period happened I was sure it would be neg. Now I'm thinking that wasn't my period and I started bleeding again from the miscarriage? I'm bummed because I was hoping I was going to ovulate this week 😓
