male contraceptive pill pissing people off

I find it so stupid that females are getting all ' we have to endure so much shit like weight gain, pimples and headaches on the pill so male should have to do the same'
Our bodies don't work the same way and female contraceptives are currently better and safer 
The studies showed that male contraceptives can make them Infertile 
The pill does not make you gain weight, doesn't neccessarily give you acne (it improved mine) and although I get headaches on my period they are lighter 
It also carries no risk of infertility 
We really have it pretty good compared to the ways the have to prevent pregnancy back in the day and first generation female contraceptive pills 
People should be more appreciative
