Should I cut him off?

The guy I like friendzoned me I was so upset that I ended up blocking him after a few days. About a week after he managed to contact me again apologizing and asking me to be back in his life (mind you this is all online) I felt bad for blocking him so i unblocked him and after he diligently msged me everyday. I was very happy about it. Before he friendzoned me, We already had a lil something going on. I told him id like to get to know him for a month before being his gf (which he had asked me from the very beginning) after 2 months I said i wanted to be his gf and he denied me...after having e.e phone sex??...(so thats why i blocked him) either way after I unblocked him, I had already cooled down so I was treating him just like I'd treat any friend. Then he kept asking me to be his gf and I refused for obvious reasons. After a while of him asking and speaking with me everyday, I started being sweet with him again...blah blah we did the phone sex again...and thenn....he started being distant as he used to be before he friendzoned me...I told him that if he wanted me to be his gf he'd have to put a bit of effort for me. I asked him to msg me everyday...for a little bit and if he couldn't do that, to at least let me know. (I understand he's busy with college) We also have a 13 hour time difference...so usually I'm the one staying up past 3am to msg him for...maybe an hour🙁 message...and if after sleeping so late i manage to wake up early and msg him before he goes to sleep, then I'm lucky...he rarely calls me...and he rather play videogames, drink and go out with his friends and meet new ppl than making a little time for me...Idc if he does all this, i don't mind it at all...I just wanna spend time with him...😕 And he told me i was invading his personal life...idk if I should just completely cut him off, he doesn't seem to care about me even though he says he "loves" me...

What should I do?😞
