bleeding after intercourse

So  husband and me had sex last night. I am always a bit careful , and only had it 3 times since finding out I was pregnant. Woke up to go toilet this morning about 5am wiped myself..... looked like the start of what I period would look like pink and light. Then been couple more times since it's gotten browner. Should I be concerned ? No cramps other than constipation ones
