How to SAFELY induce labor at home?

I'm wondering what are some at home methods to put you into labor? I won't be trying until I'm further along, but I'd like to know some methods and what worked for you:)

My boyfriend is in the navy on deployment so sex is a no go for me😭 I'm 37w2d and not dilated at all;  plan on trying some methods at 38 weeks so I'm trying to forgive out what ones really work.

Following.....I'm having sex as,often as I feel like I can 😂, trying to walk 3-4 miles a day, red raspberry leaf tea has been part of my routine since 32 wks, but currently up to 5 cups a day, and sitting on exercise ball/bouncing.

Willing to add anything equally harmless bit possibly helpful 😉

I've been doing sex, EPO orally and vaginally, Red Raspberry Leaf tea, walking up and down steps a few times a day and of course just walking on flat ground, I sit in butterfly position for as long as I can stand it, and been eating fresh cut pineapple.... somethings gotta work at some point

Sex-every other night if not every night
Walking 1-2 miles every other night
Stairs at least 10 times a day
Cinnamon hot chocolate about every two days 
Sitting and bouncing on a trampoline
Hot baths every night before bed 
Pineapple a couple of days ago.
