Heartbroken

Just had a call from the fertility clinic following my 21 day bloods and they have confirmed that I do not appear to have ovulated. They're confused because I had 2 developed follicles following my first cycle of clomid. They are worried that they are cysts. I'm just so tired of this. Why can't I just fall pregnant without all this mess? 😖
