Pregnancy Chances

I have been on a sample birth control pill pack for three months and I just started my fourth one. I spotted every day for the first two months and for the first week of the third month. I take it every single day at the same exact time except for one day in which I wasn't home to start a new pill pack and took it late that night instead of early that morning. I followed proper precautions; however, five days after the "missed" pill, my boyfriend and I did both oral and manual things to each other (69 then he fingered me to be exact) . I don't know exactly if any of his semen got near my vagina, although I am pretty certain it did not. Also, we haven't had sex since starting the pill and have only done oral and manual things. At the end of the third month, I did not start my period during the placebo pills. Is there a possibility I could be pregnant? Or am I just paranoid. P.S. I'm taking a low dose estrogen and progestin pill pack with 24 estrogen pills, 2 progestin pills, and 2 placebo pills.
